Do you know about fatigue?..

In malay fatigue is LESU. 

Fatigue not only occur on the human bodies but also effected on the material. 

So, what is fatigue material?.. 

Exposing load on the structure, with repetative load condition, before failures. 

Hooding Ceremony

This is the special event for Master and Doctarate student upon their graduation ceremony. In this event, usually the supervisor put something on the apparel of graduate student, such as pin or clip. 

But for the Doctarate level, supervisor will wear the bonnet on the head of student. Significantly, it shows the graduate completing their graduate program.
